How First Thought uses information you share when you contact our team.
Information you share
Enquiry forms collect your name, business, email, phone number, optional website, industry, requested service, preferred start date, budget and message. Growth Studio may also include your questionnaire answers. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and manage the enquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored on our Hostinger hosting account in private storage outside the public website directory. The lead dashboard requires administrator authentication. Access is limited to authorised people handling enquiries. Website source code is maintained in a private GitHub repository; submitted client details are not stored in that repository.
Cookies and third parties
The administrator dashboard uses an essential session cookie. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers. Links to social networks and client websites are subject to those services’ privacy policies. The enquiry assistant uses a guided question flow. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your enquiry summary is passed to WhatsApp as a prepared message; you decide whether to send it.
Your choices
Contact contact@firstthought.in to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry details, or to ask about their use. We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle replaces them.
